Syndis recently took part in the Stockholm Tech Show 2025, marking a key step in expanding our presence in the Nordic region. With a booth, two keynote talks, and a live hacking competition, the event offered a valuable opportunity to engage with the wider tech and cybersecurity community.
At our booth, visitors were introduced to our services in offensive security, incident response, and long-term security strategy. A simple message on our display—“Vår CTO hackade Islands bank” (“Our CTO hacked the Bank of Iceland”)—captured attention and sparked meaningful conversations throughout the event. As always, we brought a bit of Syndis personality to the floor, including giveaways that asked: “Do you need a SOC?”
Our keynote talks on the Cybersecurity Stage, focused on real-world threats, attacker behaviors, and the importance of pragmatic security measures. Both talks were well received and helped underline Syndis’ commitment to pushing the boundaries of defensive and offensive security.
We also hosted a Capture the Flag (CTF) challenge in a dedicated hacker room, where participants tested their skills against scenarios inspired by real-world breaches. The competition sparked interest from both security professionals and up-and-coming talent.
Our participation in the Stockholm Tech Show was an important step toward deeper engagement across the Nordics. We’re looking forward to building on this momentum in future events.
